WELLNESS

Wellness is a process of becoming aware of making choices that lead to a healthy lifestyle. Wellness is also a transformation and growth process.

I consider that I have a reasonable level of wellness, not full wellness, but sufficient to get by. But how do I live a healthy lifestyle? There are various approaches to having a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy conversing with people on occasion, but it is preferable to not conversing at all. My mental/emotional health is fine, in my opinion. I generally have acquaintances.

Anyway, my physical condition isn’t ideal. I’m constantly suffering from back problems and, on occasion, excruciating chest pains. That is why my resolution is to exercise. I’m starting in my free time, when I’ll be able to do a lot more things like play sports and go for biking. It’s also a good thing I’m in the gym because if I wasn’t, I wouldn’t be aware of all the difficulties that could arise if I continued to be lazy. My behavior, I believe, has something to do with my troubles. Here are some of the symtoms of not being mentally well; feeling lonely,getting tired easily,not interested in doing activity, stress eating and many more.

Being emotional and mentally healthy is not enough to conclude that your a well person we should consider physical and spiritual aspects. That can lead as to a healthy and wellness lifestyle that I considered as a treasure.
